BIRTHFIT Mindful Meal Prep
Mindful Meal Prep is a 5 week postpartum meal prep course that incorporates the BIRTHFIT pillars of mindfulness and nutrition. Whether you're delivering soon, or preparing to return to work after maternity leave, these mindful moments and bits of eating psychology will help you cultivate a positive relationship with food. Nutrient dense recipes will give your body the building blocks it needs to heal physically after bringing a new human into this world.
