    Mama Move 1.0 (prev. MamaMove15) is designed for the season when time is scarce and interruptions are constant. With 30 no-equipment, 15-minute workouts, this phase helps you stay consistent using only your bodyweight and the small pockets of time you actually have. It’s not about perfection—it’s about showing up, building momentum, and feeling better than doing nothing at all.

    Mama Move 2.0 builds on that consistency with 12 total strength-focused workouts using dumbbells, completed over 4 weeks. These sessions are still short (30 minutes or less), but more intentional—supporting muscle building, confidence, and long-term strength while still honoring real mom life.
