BIRTHFIT Prenatal Swim Program
The BIRTHFIT Prenatal Swim Program is designed to bring you all of the benefits of training with BIRTHFIT into the water. With dryland workouts included, this program can stand on its own or supplement your BIRTHFIT Prenatal Program.
Increase your strength fluidity in the water, become more effective and efficient at swimming, and practice your own body awareness with this program. Designed to support a pregnant body in the water.
This course contains 20 weeks of programming with 3 training days per week (60 training days)
