Postpartum Training

This is general strength and conditioning for those that have completed the BIRTHFIT Basics and/or a live BIRTHFIT Series. This is a 12-week progressively overloading program that includes tempo, single side, and breath work.

This holistic movement program is intentionally designed to build upon the previous day(s) and week(s). There are a total of 3 training sessions a week plus one active recovery day. This strength and conditioning program requires little equipment and is about 45-60 minutes of time commitment. 

Details:

  • Start as early as 9-12 weeks postpartum
  • 4 sessions a week (aka training days)
  • Dumbbell or Kettlebell and space to move required
