This is general strength and conditioning for those that have completed the BIRTHFIT Basics and/or a live BIRTHFIT Series. This is a 12-week progressively overloading program that includes tempo, single side, and breath work.
This holistic movement program is intentionally designed to build upon the previous day(s) and week(s). There are a total of 3 training sessions a week plus one active recovery day. This strength and conditioning program requires little equipment and is about 45-60 minutes of time commitment.
Upon completion of this program, ideally you’ll feel confident returning to sport specific training giving you have a solid, general foundation and base level of fitness.
