BIRTHFIT Prenatal & Postpartum Package

This is BIRTHFIT’s complete prenatal and postpartum training package, which includes the BIRTHFIT Basics: Prenatal, all three trimesters of the Prenatal Training, Lying In, BIRTHFIT Basics: Postpartum, Postpartum Training, and MamaMove15. This package will guide you through weeks 5-42 of your pregnancy and the initial year postpartum.

These holistic movement programs are intentionally designed to build upon the previous day(s) and week(s). This package is a total body rehab program, with a specific focus on core and pelvic floor. We heal from the inside out.
