This is our version of a lying in period for the modern, multidimensional mother. We live in a culture that does not honor or respect the initial year postpartum, and we are determined to change that. The early postpartum period is a beautiful opportunity to reset and practice grounding.
We view birth as a rite of passage that includes the preparation and boundary work (preconception, prenatal training, and birth prep) then the actual transition (birth) finishing with the integration period (initial year postpartum). This thirty day guide is focused on the integration period within the bigger rite-of-passage umbrella.
This thirty day guide has been designed to give you some guidance as to how to intentionally move your physical body to shift energy and facilitate healing. Throughout the 30 days you’ll be introduced to some of the BIRTHFIT Basics movements, breath work practices, and simple integration and embodiment exercises that will all give you an opportunity to practice grounding and get to know this new you from the inside out.
Upon completion of this program, you’ll be ready to move on to our BIRTHFIT Basics Postpartum program.
