Our BIRTHFIT Basics Prenatal program will support you in nurturing your body and mind to prepare for birth. Whether you're an avid exerciser, runner, yogi, or simply looking to start your movement journey, these exercises will help you establish a solid foundation for your core and pelvic floor.
This holistic movement program is intentionally designed to build upon the previous day(s) and week(s). There are a total of 30 sessions that can be completed in 30 days or 60 days. This prehab program requires no equipment and minimal time commitment.
Upon completion of this program, you’ll have practiced the 15 BIRTHFIT Basics movements and poses plus additional natural human movements. Once you have completed the program you will be able to utilize our Prenatal Training: Full Term program (enter at the trimester you are in) followed by our Postpartum Package after birth.
